Altin has an extensive background in the construction and demolition sectors having worked in a range of roles including: tools &labouring, health and safety supervision; and Environmental Management.
Altin applies this wide-ranging knowledge to drive EEMC’s business forward and grow our technical capability and market reach.
Outside of work Altin enjoys travelling, and spending time with his extended family.

Emma Howard
monitoring team lead
Emma is an experienced noise, dust & vibration monitoring engineer with significant knowledge in NDV monitoring solutions and documentation for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Emma is currently studying for the IOA Diploma in Acoustics & Noise Control.
Outside of work Emma competes in Canine Agility with her dogs.

Ian Hooper
principal acoustic consultant
Ian is a highly experienced and competent acoustic and environmental specialist with a significant background in both engineering and local authority sectors.
Throughout his extensive career Ian has worked across a range of projects including key infrastructure and civil projects across the globe.
Ian is a keen cyclist and keeps his fitness up with regular long distance rides in the UK and Europe.

Noise & Vibration Specialist
Matt is an Acoustic and Environmental Monitoring specialist with over 10 years of experience providing support to a range of construction & infrastructure projects.
Matt has worked at a high level across consultancy, instrumentation and product development focussing on providing clients with top quality solutions.
Matt enjoys spending time with his young family and keeps active mounting biking and running.

Emma Gibbons
air quality specialist
A Chartered Environmentalist, Emma has a significant background in Air Quality management and monitoring with over 12 years experience.
Emma has specialist skills in detailed dispersion modelling, local air quality management and indoor air quality and has managed technical and operational aspects of projects in multiple sectors.
Emma is currently studying for a PhD in Air Quality at University College London.

Elda Priska
accounts & finances
With an academic background in mathematics, Elda leads our accounts department ensuring we can fully support our customers through efficient cash flow and stock management.
Elda also assists our on-site team with data management and is keen to develop within her role.
Outside of work Elda enjoys reading books, dancing and cooking.
