Our consultants are recognised experts in the field of Noise, Vibration and Air Quality management. We have extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of Section 61 consents (including calculation and prediction of noise) and Air Quality Management Plans providing advice to both contractors and local authorities.
Matt joins EEMC as Customer Support & Development Director. Matt brings his extensive experience in Technical Support & Product Development for one of the UK's leading Monitoring Instrumentation suppliers to our team. Matt is an Associate Member of the Institute of Acoustics and has experience in Acoustic Consultancy to compliment his instrumentation expertise.
We prepared and submitted on behalf of the client a full S61 Application including noise predictions and modelling to Westminster City Council. We provided Environmental monitoring including procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance and monitoring reports for the duration of the project. This included 3x Noise, 2x Dust and 3x Vibration Monitors .
Our experienced consultants attended meetings with the EHO of Westminster City Council and contributed to maintaining good relationships between the project delivery team, the surrounding neighbours and Westminster City Council.
EEMC provided procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance, reporting and advice for noise, dust and vibration during construction and associated works.
EEMC also provided advice on air quality and assisted the project team to demonstrate compliance with SPG July 2004.
This is a mid-term monitoring project running for over three years. EEMC had to address the challenges of long term solutions when it came to choosing the type of monitoring equipment and reporting in order to ensure compliance with planning conditions and the client and local authority (Brent London Borough Council (BLBC)) expectations.

This included 3x Noise, 3x Dust and 3x Vibration Monitors
Our personnel attended meetings with the EHO of RBKC and advised the project delivery team on planning condition discharge matters and how to manage risk from potential complaints.
